I believe we or on a course towards nuclear war in the near future, and we can and must avoid it. The key to avoiding nuclear war and creating World Peace, is in creating a new society. It sounds much more difficult than it is.

Every company is a form of society. Every company has its own government system. What better way to design, create, and test a new form of society, than to create a company?

Only through creating a new system of society, which gives all people the freedom to work and the tools and know how to achieve their full potential, can we break the grip of the greedy, who make war for the sake of money.

This new company will be like a tiny seed. Every tiny seed has a miniture version of the full sized plant inside. Likewise, this tiny company will have a miniture version of the new society which will soon engulf the world and create World Peace. This new company will be a worker controlled company. There will be no leader. Complete freedom. All people will be treated as equals. The key to making this work, is a new type of [http://conceivia.com/about-us/individual-decision-power/|Decision making system].

All we need to do to make this happen, is start a new company. A company is nothing more than a group of people working together, collaborating on a common goal. Are you willing to collaborate? A company needs all types of people.

I live in Ukraine, with my wife and daughter. I have a wonderful family here, my inlaws think of me as their son and I think of them as my parents. I'm an environmentalist.

I think and talk to much about this cause, which annoys my wife and family no end ;)
