The key countries are those whose land mass, demographic mass, and general location combine to make this essential players. Nothing the European Union or the United States of America does with respect to peace and prosperity will matter if these major players do not voluntarily asopt policies helping to empowering their own poor with information and connectivity, while we all asopt policies of sustainable wealth creation that is inherently stabilizing.
In this context, and to allow the EarthGame to begin with a smaller set of key countries, we have chosen the following:

Wild Cards
Wild Cards certainly includes Malaysia and Pakistan, as well as Turkey and South Africa. Cuba, North Korea, and other countries can be depicted as Wild Cards as needed.
