Some personal/background info:
I've been spreading the integrative/holistic change agency bug all
over the world in my work and teaching.
I've worked with Ilya Prigogine (Chaos theory), Erich Jantsch (systems
thinking), F. Popp (zero point field) etc.
I have a long trackrecord (over 25 years) in both management positions in
industry (latest position: Chief Knowledge Officer for Ordina plc. - top 3
ICT the Netherlands) and teaching/organizing for/at various business
schools in Europe, China and Africa.

I'm a convinced generalist with 'specialization' in innovation - strategic
knowledgemanagement (collaboration with Institute of International
Business,
Stockholm School of Economics), stakeholdermanagement/social responsible
business/sustainable business (visiting professor at Maastricht School of
Management, Nijenrode etc.), futurology (Shell scenario planning
etc.), international business, competencemanagement,
organizational learning, management development, change creation,
corporate
culture and last but not least spirituality in management.

My alltime favourite subject: creating, structuring and facilitating
(network-)organisations in the new knowledge/network-economy.
Here strategic knowledgemanagement/social responsible business (CSR)
/sustainability and change creation is key and my expertise.
I'm currently working with the zero point field model as integrative model for new business.

I'm initiating a network of (small/private/cultural creative) business
schools in holistic/integral education (entrepreunership for the
future).

As dean/director of a new innovative International Business School, my 25 years of change agency experience come together and are focused through this. This Business School is collaborating with real front runners in action learning business education in Europe, is focussing on developing entrepreneurship all over the world and especially between (so-called) 1st and 3rd world countries and is affiliated with one of the best initiatives in barter and complementary currencies systems in the world - with branches in already 10 countries.

Concerning the innovative business school:
