Right a this moment humanity is in transition toward a new level of consciousness. Leaving the knowledge age?, more and more people migrate, transmute and decide to direct their lives from a 'beyond the mental' place. These travelers hand over the reins of their existence to higher planes of consciousness. Some jump directly on the shores of these new invisible lands with no guide and no maps. Others head toward following maps built by spiritual traditions, they often follow a guide too. Joseph Campbell? calls this transition the Hero's journey?.

Transitioners work hard to eliminate the gap between their being and their doing. The being is about inner subjective reality, founded in the non-dual consciousness, unique, universal. The doing is the outer objective reality, dual, multiple, relative. Clarity of being leads to efficiency of doing, efficiency of doing builds clarity of being. Both being and doing are working like mirrors facing each other. Only when they are perfectly aligned one can witness and experience an explosion of possibilities in self-realization, an infinite mandala of generative art.

The emergence of Transitioners is socially measurable. Paul Ray? calls them the cultural creatives. Their mutual recognition and connection across the planet – especially through the cyberspace – creates the thread, the social infrastructure of this forthcoming society that Paul Rey calls the Wisdom Civilization?. From an external point of view this society is going to be radically different than the one we know today. Rather than being built on pyramidal intelligence, its social infrastructure will rely on Global Collective Intelligence.
