Event organizer TheTransitioner

In May 2007 TheTransitioner began to organize seminars and conferences
, Concerts for Consciousness and other events around the world.
Your mission is to develop and organize these events, make them a success at all levels: experiential, financial, spiritual.
Organizing events is an art for you. You love to make things happen, create spaces where waves of complexity and randomness are surfed with mastery, wonder and joy. You are autonomous, inventive, intuitive and rational. Adrenaline doesn't burn your brain when a hotel tells you at the last minute they finally can't accept those 150 attendees booked for the next morning.
You are closely interested in the development and growth of Collective Intelligence, Wisdom and Consciousness. You understand TheTransitioner is a powerful vehicle and energy attractor for this. From volunteering first, this position will evolve to as a full time paid job.
This position requires extensive and frequent travel.
You will join one of the most worldwide advanced team on CIWC. You will be part of a stem cell?, i.e. a circle of people building new social DNA? that will compose the next global wisdom driven organizations.
You will also be allowed to participate in many events (retreats, seminars, concerts for consciousness, conferences...). This will help you build breakthrough mastery in your own professional practice.
You see this work as a vector for your own personal growth, material sustainability, spiritual development and action field for humanity.
Last but not least, this will be very challenging, and very, very fun!
This position will evolve from volunteering to a full time paid position, depending on our collective success. At first we will develop a business plan together that integrates your own capacity and the support that can be provided by Organization.
Anywhere in the world, preferably in Provence, South of France, since many events will be organized there. You need a broadband internet connection in order to work remotely.

Main Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating conferences, lectures, seminars
- Turn them into a sustainable source of wealth (growth, financial income, knowledge network...)
- Planning and project management
- Logistics
- Fundraising, sponsorship
- Budget management
Qualifications
- At least two years organizing experience
- Experience in international contexts
- Experience in fundraising
- Ability to work democratically and effectively with diverse groups, cultures, paradigms and people
- Excellent communication (oral and written en English + another language)
- Excellent understanding of the internet, socialware, CIWC
Compensation
This position will evolve from volunteering to a full time paid position, depending on our collective success. At first we will develop a business plan together that integrates your own capacity and the support that can be provided by Organization.
